  1. I can't get any incoming calls

    For the past month or so when someone calls my number it appears to them to ring once then there is nothing but static or sometimes nothing at all.
    For me all I hear is a single ping...not even a full ring. :blink:
    If I am nearby and pick it up immediately I get the phone call if not I never even know.
    I isolated each extension to determine whether a "bad" handset was causing it but regardless of what is on the line the results are the same.
    I called the repair number but no one has shown up to fix it in over a month.
    Anyone ever experienced anything like this before?
