Supposed to be 10 to 25 but speedtest only showing 15 for me, and I am not in south. Anyone else with this problem?

Okay, I am supposed to have a static IP, but I realise my IP changed. It changed when I thought I was upgraded to 6MB, when I got speeds of 3MB, and it has changed again I realised, and I am not getting anything over 2, about 1.2MB for the highest. I reset my modem with the button in the back, as well as unplugged and plugged back in my router. When I did that, the IP addresses I had were the same for the computers here. Is that enough to know that I have a static IP? Could it be that my static IP is changing? :s

Should I take the battery out the modem or something? I remember when I didn't know there was a reset button on the modem and was always taking the battery out and managed to bend one of the metal prongs in there. That was scary.

So, yeah. And my IP is different now, gonna disconnect and see if it changes or what. I was supposed to have a static one, it never changed before!

WHY is it I can run Bioshock, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Unreal Tournament 3 demo, yet I cannot get cover flow to be smooth in iTunes? It's smooth on an old XP laptop with 512MB RAM - I HAVE 2GB! I am pretty sure it's Vista...anyone running into this problem?

I wonder if requested, if Flow will give out your IP. Anyone in Flow could find out? Thought it was interesting since we never signed anything to get Flow internet. What about TSTT?
