As for my little antenna, it will make a difference. I know because I have a makeshift thing doing the job right now (don't ask) and it gives me a connection, without it I am doomed.

Thanks for your detailed post. That is a significant investment. I am curious, if you turn off the Booster what kind of reception do you get just using antennas?

From what I understand, UWI students are a significant part of the customers that use wireless, so they will not give them up, therefore we suffer.

Good to see things improving, lets see if they remain consistent.

I had called for service on the 1st, the tech came and said he could not do it (time).

Then I got no response, then yesterday they were calling me constantly to hook up, but I already ordered an antenna and I want to see if it makes a difference, if it does then I wont bother with FLOW.

Customer service here is terrible, when you expect something installed you expect it installed, what must I do just sit around and wait til it is convenient to you AND pay you for it?
