  1. Blink rebate???

    For all those who got the letter saying that a rebate will be applied for the first month of Blink Internet, has anyone been charged for it on their phone bill?

    Apparently they are not honouring it, lo and behold, my bill came in with a charge for BlinkBroadband@home 1mb connection for the period of June, which was my first month of the service...

    Anyone else had such issues with the billing?

  2. Blink in Grande?

    Well I just got off the phone with an agent @ Blink, and they said that Grande is currently in 'testing phase'....and to call on Wednesday to get a possible update as to when they will be fully ready.

    Now to see how long it will take to actually deliver a working service.

    Anyone have any idea as to how long these testing phases usually take?
