In Topic: TSTT Wireless Broad band
Posted 27 Apr 2008
Dear valued customer,
We suspect that you will experience this kind of service in most of the coverage areas where the service is available. Our engineers have identified that there is cosmic interference affecting the Wireless CDMA network throught the country. They are working with the developers to produce a filtration system to remove the interferrence.
This is an uncontrollable occurance and falls under the limitations pre-identified with the service. Either it disappears naturally or the developers will develop the filter in time to protect the CDMA signal. One can only wait to see which comes first.

we have a TSTT CSR somewhere here..i cant remember who he is though...he isnt around very often
Check with the parent companies, cuse there are mostly incompetents and ### working at both local arms (99.6% TSTT and about 0.4%Digicel).
Case in point: at the job fair at Centre of Excelence the TSTT rep said no job ops were available cuse she was too lazy to do anything at 3:30 PM, and the guy at Digicel apparently only speaks to female job seakers. When I brought this up with the Irish guy at the boot (Digi) he was very angry, flushed red and asked y i said something like that. I told him its as plain as his nose, the guy blanked me, but spoke to all the females in the boot! But i digress.
My advice is to contact the parent companies, C&W in Jamaica and UK, and Digicel in Ireland.
As for the TSTT CSR in here is he as remarkable as those who answer the phones? No offence dude, but u all need CSR training and some empathy training starting from the top down. -
