  1. Cost per MB in Excess of 2 GiG

    Hello all,
    Can anyone tell me the cost of a MB in excess of our lousy 2GB limit?
    One person in tstt says 25 cents, a foreigner on the phone says 40 cents ?????
    Imagine we are paying 379.50 for a limit of 2 GB, the silence is deafening from tstt to upgrade this limit, there are other packages cheaper and more GB, yet we are stuck with this unfair deal, and like me in deep country have no alternative.
  2. Quality of expertise on TSTT Wireless broadband HELP

    Around 9:00pm today I attempted to go on the internet, my EVDO wireless modem "connect" light was out, this problem had happened before, where there was antennae problems with tstt.

    So I decided to call tstt wireless broadband help(824tstt 5 2 1 ), to inform/inquire what was the problem.
    The gentleman at the other end of the phone (foreigner from the sound of his voice), went through the usual checks in the modem etc..all well and good..until I told him that the power light on my modem was red in color.

    This was the problem he said..although I told him that I had the modem for 2 years and the power light was always red.
    Anyway... I was referred to the Supervisor, I went over the same story with him, he called me back in about half an hour to tell me that I have to bring in my modem to tstt to check?????
    I am writing this now at 10:52 pm on the same night that I made the complaint, remember I am not supposed to be on the internet as my modem power light is red
    DO THESE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???
    IMAGINE I HAVE TO DEBATE WITH THIS MAN ON THE COLOR OF THE POWER LIGHT ON MY MODEM.
    IT HAS BEEN SO FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS.
    Apart from poor technical help, I FEEL THERE IS SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AXESS.TEL MODEM THAT TSTT DOES NOT WANT PEOPLE TO HAVE. AND THERE IS AN EFFORT TO SAY THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT , AND THEN THEY ARE GOING TO REPLACE IT WITH SOME INFERIOR MODEM.
    ANYWAY, I should not be writing too much , cuz my power light on my modem is red, and I am not supposed to be on the internet.

    TSTT new wireless broad band service, now that they capped downloads. Has anyone experienced improved service??.
    I certainly didn't, I tell you ..if ever there was a "rip off" in this country it is TSTT wireless broadband service. The pressure continues ..... :angry:

    For the past weeks I have an almost non existent wireless broadband service, for which a bill comes in promptly for $379.50 per month.
    I FED UP call 824 tstt options 521. most of the people there can't help, with a few exceptions some times. I can't get an answer why I am receiving such poor service, tstt never has any complaints in my area..... but I am complaining ?! .......they are never aware.
    The first thing they tell you is bring the modem in to check, I checked it myself in other areas, it works fine.
    JUST POOR SERVICE
    I don't know where to turn now , or who to complain to!
    It is only because of my location that I have no other choice but to stay with tstt, but the things I wish would happen to that company sometimes :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:
  5. No land line for the past year

    HAVE YOU EVER HEARD MORE CRAP :angry: ?!!!!! !
    I have been out of a land line service for the past year due to cable theft, to my surprise I received a letter in the mail from tstt threatening to take me to court for an unpaid bill. Where do they get off?!!!! No service for a year......I should be suing them...... When I had a service all my billls were paid, I don't think I am that STUPID yet to pay for a service I never received..... :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:
