    Well I got some good news. While I'm still not able to get a 201 address it seems my downloads are fine. I was just using a slow torrent but my uploads are still crap. I need more upload power. HELP!

    Well I have been able to get new IPs but they are all 190. AAHH!!!

    Is there any truth to that? Because I do see much higher upload and download connection speeds on my Paradyne since the email but downloads are the same and uploads are 1/5 of normal at best. Normal being pre-blink email.
