    still nothing..

    made a separate report to the indian csrs,who dealt with me in an efficient matter,but needless to say once they passed the matter on to the locals..no word.

    i will disconnect the line and remove the adsl service if no resolve is gained by the 15th of next month (3 months)

    Today they even had the audacity to disconnect the line for arrears :blink:

    Spent about 40 mins on the phone getting the line back up and my account credited. as we speak,i'm on the phone trying to get them to fix my ADSL problem :angry:

    Should i have to be BEGGING tstt to repair a service that I pay for?
