I am not sure how many of you are familar with the Sony Ericsson P900 cellular phone. But this phones has all the workings of a PDA, Camera (moving & still images), web browser, MP3 player, Excel, Word and much much more!

Anyway, I am not advertising the phone, I just want to share my experiences with the TSTT's Mobile Corporate Centre in POS. On 2 occasions, I called 824-TSTT to contact the Corporate Centre for the availability of the P900. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, they reported that they are in stock at a price of approx. $2600.00. Now these phones retail for an avg. price of US $740.00. So you know that is a real good price at TSTT.

However, upon reaching the Corporate Centre, only to be told that they do not have any in stock at this time. Mind you, just 90 mins ago, I was told they were indeed in stock. Some of the reasons that I got are:

1. They are pre-ordered for companies, so they are distributed as soon as they get here..

2. They all sold out 2 weeks ago...

3. They are scarce due to the world demand for those phones...

4. And on and on and on...

What do I think? They are being held for the "lucky" friends and families of the "higher than thou" TSTT employees!

Who I am I? A fed-up Corporate customer who is looking forward to the arrival of TSTT's competition!
