How long to upgrade a blink account?

After a year of signing up for blink they finally rolled out blink in my area and upgraded my 256k DSL to a 1Mbit package. I called to upgrade it to a 2Mbit package and in over a week it hasn't been done as yet. I was told this takes only 24 hours.. how long is this supposed to take??? I would think that TSTT would be more than happy to charge me for a higher package. Anyone here who upgraded to a 2mbit package how long did the change take you?
