    Posted 12 Mar 2009

I recently flashed my linksys wrt54g with dd-wrt and i wanted to use it to replace d pricesmart belkin router but somehow its not working. my laptop is picking up the signal but i cant visit any website. Internet in the pc hooked up with the linksys router also not working and i cant acess the modem ip 192.168.1.1 . Here's what i did

Modem connected to the linksys "internet" port
Hooked up one lan cable from my pc to one of the lan ports in the router.
On my pc i set everything to "obtain automatically"
    On the router :
    lan IP address: 192.168.2.1
    Enabled DHCP
    Set to "AP" mode

    Help anyone?
