TSTT Forum: ibmdvd - Viewing Profile

Ive been having this problem and i'm wondering if i'm the only one? sometimes when i watch an online video or stream a movie after some time my net connection will just slow to a crawl and then completely stop. The only way i can get back online is to power down the modem (paradyne model by the way) and then ill get back on problem is that lest say was getting 1 mb before ill drop to something like 345k ad its keep doing that until maybe sometime during the night i may..get back the 1 mb

Another thing i'm trying to figure out is why is it that tstt blink randomly disconnects me from the internet!!! its strange cause lets say that i'm surfing the web for a while and then i go to the shop and come back home when i come back im not connected and i have to power down the modem again!!! is their anyway to stop this crap from happening!!! i live on up on Dundonald Hill Long Cir Rd St James. is there something i can do or download to stop this from happening
