So I recently got an on the go modem, Franklin U600 or something so, and after some usage, it gets very hot, and speeds go down alot.... Can anyone explain why this occurs.... or is it just a faulty modem? Thanks.
I experience these issues at times.I suspect this is the side effect of these devices.Once it is operated in a cool enviroment.... -

Hello Varoon,
Unfortunately, your device is currently not supported at this time. We are constantly trying to expand our list of supported devices and hopefully in the future we will be able to support your device. With every firmware update we expand this list so please keep an eye out on our website. There have been reports from customers who've been able to get some devices to work on our router that aren't on the supported device list. Even so, we wouldn't be able to support these devices if they are not on our list.
The reason you device is not supported is because of its specific cellular carrier. Let me know if you have any questions

Hello
Well I am disappointed but glad to see you all are expanding your support list.I will keep an eye on the website as this seems to be my only solid option. If I purchase the router however and try to get it to work will I be able to get support in setting it up?
