Did you all listen to the Radio this morning, i think i95. They had the new and outgoing CEO for Dgicel Trinidad on air.

They spoke about the service they are going to offer, the opening date of their doors [2005 November 30] to the public, and the enormous amount of applications they have received just for Service Representative posts.

It was an entertaining discussion; i hope they/someone post it to the web soon. I need to listen to it again.

Well, to those who heard it, give me some feedback?

Well then, I guess we are stuck with the service until other service providers can come up to scratch.

    Good Day,

SIP Devices register on port 5060, well those I have used.
Devices currently being used: XLite and SJPhone.

Now these devices work fine within ones own networking environment, but will not work through your DSL Service provided by TSTT.

As was said earlier, the PC2Phone Services such as skype still work because they tunnel through the providers Servers before going over the 5060 port to their respective destinations.

Having inquired about this myself, TSTT does block VOIP access of any kind that uses standard VOIP ports and protocols.

The FWD services work, because they use port 4886 [Will have to check the PBX].

Remember all these ports are UDP. :)

For those who wish to have access to their ports, they can contact another service provider GreenDot [Not too sure about price, but go brave].

I like the topic you all have started, and hope we can have use of our SIP sometime soon, regardless of service provider.

I don't see this script helping you. Other than having the domain you send it from [if hosting remotely] blocked. Our your internet account suspended.

    Have a nice day.
