TSTT Forum: convict - Viewing Profile

So i called TSTT AGAIN concerning my problem, during the day my net works fine...so de person said...well they not seeing a problem but they seeing the pattern of my frequent disconnects...so they said it better to call back when it happens so they could track it down

I've been having this same problem for months now and it's really frustrating.

Tech support seems to have no clue as to what's going on.

I am fedup of having to call them with the same issue. Each time they tell me it's my computer causing the problem, then i let them know it's not only me having the issue. They have no response.

They always making me run a speedtest on THEIR site, then they say it's fine and nothing is wrong. One time the lady said i actually getting a higher speed so they might have to downgrade my package

Man it's happening nightly and the techs tell you "hold out until morning"

What if i do my WORK at night and NEED my damn internet?

Are these people for real?

I mean nightly, same time for the same duration and YOU telling US to "hold out till morning"?

So did the open DNS work for you all?

I in trincity and two nights in a row blink went down until morning

it really getting annoying now
