There are two simple ways to get this done. Either you get a Public IP Address from TSTT ( not sure if they give this to residential accounts ) or do a little research on Dynamic DNS Service which will allow you to see your private network from the web.

Just in case someone else has this problem with the flow modems....

If you jack a different PC into the cable modem and you do not get an IP address, just go behind the modem, there is a reset button. Take a hair clip
and depress it for about 10 seconds and an ip address will re-register on the new device....

While not wanting to turn this into the "TTECForum"...you should actually be thankful that the High Voltage Circuits actually trip during lightening storms. If they didn’t, you'd be suffering a lot more that 5 hours down time.

I spend quite a lot of time in Miami, which is the land of lightening and the same thing happens during heavy lightening storms.....however, it comes back pretty fast unless there was major damage....

As for TSTT response.....do like me....fast for 21 days and do puja....

All Blink Accounts working fine. TSTT techs came and sorted out all issues......Great work.

BTW...Power went at exactly 9:35pm tonight...I called TTEC at 9:45......by 10pm....TTEC was fixing the problem.
This is not the first time that TTEC service has been world class.....

Just thought that I should mention that Service Excellence ain't dead......
