    Guys

you just have to remember with flow everyone shares bandwidth.

As more and more users come on stream with flow you will experience some speed degradation.

Also with the new VOIP service (telephone service) this also uses bandwidth.

So the users where VOIP has been introduced they may see bandwidth problems.

Its just like when everybody in a neighbourhood open their pipes for water, the water pressure drops.

I have heard of pple changing to PPPoE cause TSTT told too even though PPPoA was working initially and then stop.

So it may be that TSTT have not fully tested PPPoA in your area.

    what area are u in?

    I totally agree

I had the same problem a while ago.
My account was disabled and I keep telling the indian dude that but he didnt listen.
He made me reset router etc and do this and and then said yes your can has been disabled by mistake.

But mind you I said I did everything he told me to do although I didnt do it since I know the account was disabled.
