    Yeah. They said their firewall is off for us because my dad disabled it so he could download his music. But actually, I just solved it on my own. I usually do after a while, lol. Here's what i had to do:

    In the zhone setup screen, when i go into virtual servers to add a port, i added the port to the adress 192.168.1.2, which is the wan address my linksys router was using. After I did that, I ran the port test from uTorrent, and it said OK! I was soo happy. and I am experiencing faster speeds when downloading torrents now. All that's left id for someone to close the thread, I guess.

    Yeah, my dad said that, but he also said if outsourcing was cheaper, why charge us for calling helpdesk? Our phone bill for the pass 3 months came in over 500ttd, and trust me, we only used our phone to call TSTT for every stupid problem we got, and this is separate from our internet bill eh. We do all other communication on the net.
