    Sorry my mistake, its the Paradyne modem..Presently i am using TSTT high speed and being transfer to Blink, a customer rep told me the change over is done in two stages. One is the upgrade of the lines which has been done and i notice the speed is faster now and the second is the modem will be change. The question is why they want to change the present modem i am using?
