Those are nice speeds but I still get crappy speeds!!!

I have no problem with a new service or feature giving problems & the company admits it ........
What I hate is the denial.....
Anyway will give a few more months before I do anything drastic.

As for tstt speed comparison when I had both I did notice that tstt would give you full speeds in mere seconds whilst Flow would take minutes.

So I called in to find out what the problem was but everyone except one didn't play dumb & said yes the upgrade isn't what it suppose to be but it will be fix as soon as possible.......


It seems also that their is a new modem which is supposed to handle the 50-100 dl.
Mine I was told can't handle it so unless I wanted to wait for a tech to deliver the new modem it was pointless if I upgraded, since I will not get what I paid for.

The upgrade is not as it should, call & complain as I have.....

Showing what speeds can be achieved through a speed test will not tell anyone how in reality, what download & upload speeds can be achieved.

I think I might give it the weekend before callin' & upgrading to the 50m to test

SO I got my update just like everyone else & have been testing it to see what's the big deal or is it worth the price increase....

Yes you see on the speedtest 25 Mb/s but in reality mine has dropped in performance, so maybe they need time to work things out.

Downloading nero I got 900k which I would usually get so I decided to download a torrent & was getting just about the same until I max out 2988k (which lasted about an hr then drop to 500k).

That same file I would usually get 1100k (constant)

SO maybe time will tell if this upgrade is actually worth it.
