    ok my internet started working again......tried reconfiguring again 5 days later, when i was just about to give up hope and it worked...not sure what the problem was...

    My Internet isn't working since the 20th Aug...I'm on dial up. Don't know what is the problem, tried reconfiguring the modem but no luck, finally Blink said they sending someone, 4 to 5 working day, but its very likely that they will take a month to reach here, so anyone know the answer, PLEASE HELP ME!!!

    for anyone else waiting. call them and ask them if they can put you on their priority list, thats if your waiting a long time. that might speed up the process, but its TSTT were talking about here.

    if your waiting on blink to come greg, dont. call them and find out wants the problem. because u need to signup under the same name as the phone line, otherwise they will disreguard your application. they did that to me and i had to resign up and 1 waited about 3-4 months to get it.

    as for green dot...
    there are good as anyother internet provider out there, but with 1 problem. they have 1 ip address and that shares the internet with all its clients, u get the speed u pay for and all, but u will not be able to open ports.
    there for, hosting games are impossible, bittorent work ok but would work better with an open port, lime wire is impossible to connect. porblems such as those.

    oh, its also costly
    $431.25 monthly for
    512k down and 64k up

    (it was 256k down and 64k up)

    you need to call blink and have them remove the firewall on there side, then open the port on the dsl modem and now open the port again on the router that your using. then it should work fine.
