Hi
Are you trying to access a certain site when your get this error? Is your router a blink broadband router?
Regards
TSTT
Hi,
thank you for the reply.
No, my home page is www.google.com
When I double click the internet explorer, it gives me an error stating the page cannot be displayed.
When I unplug the router then replug it, I click the home page button, and google.com comes up.
Thanks again for your guidance. -

Right ninja,
But lets just say I ask my mom to call - and she uses her ID. Would they have any verification thing where they will know that she is lying?
Otherwise I will have to call my aunt this evening. -

Here is a problem:
I called TSTT this morning and they told me that the person who has the phone line needs to call to request to take down the firewall.
This person lives away. My aunt lives in Florida.
Could I get a woman to call to pretend that she is the person on the phone line?
Do they ask for ID card number?
I don't think my aunt has her Trinidad ID anymore.
And plus, I don't think she can contact the 824 number from there. (Can she?)
HELP
My palms are sweaty and my fingers are numb. I need bittorrent!
