    I am trying to use a new product but I am having problems. I keep getting the message below. My firewall is off. Can you help


    At the end of running magic fix this is the message...

    magicFix is unable to contact the magicJack calling servers. Your router and firewall settings to must allow magicJack UDP access to talk4free.com domain on ports 5060 and 5070.
