Flow internet is one of the most misrepresented bogus internet connection money could buy in this country. The speed they offer you is to their network, your international bandwidth with flow is trash. I know because I had Flow 5Mb and at certain times of the day I get under 1Mb speeds to servers in USA. Recently upgraded to Flow 15Mb package and I get the 15Mb to Flow Trinidad but outbound to USA the variation is large and not in my favour. Also based on some limited testing I believe Flow throttles torrent connections. One of the problems within Flow Trinidad is the corruption within the company, I asked the cable guy if people were still stealing cable TV and he said no sir you cannot steal cable TV anymore but for $3000 he could hook me up with stolen 25Mb Internet for life. So with all the people stealing Internet from Flow it may be a contributor to the issue.
I have to disagree with you as I have both the 50Mb at home and the 15Mb at work and they both perform as advertised. I use Graboid to get my Movies and TV shows. Graboid shows the speeds the files are being downloaded which are true to each package. As for the stealing on Internet, the Technician should be fired and reported to the Police. -

Well after having Digital Flow for a total of 1 week, it has gone on the fritz. No TV (constantly buffering) and Internet service is intermittent (3 minutes to open a web page) at the best. Flow said that its a problem with the line and they will take a week to get it fixed. My problem is that the infrastructure is new and how can such major problems occur (entire neighborhood in Sangre Grande). I just needed to vent my frustration because they boast that their service is top class and the competition is BOOOOOO. Well BOOOOOOOO on you Flow. You suck big time and IPTV and Blink Broadband will be my solution to your problems.
You must be one of the few having issues with their service. I have many accounts with Flow and can tell you that I will NEVER use Blink again. Flow is so much better. -

SO I got my update just like everyone else & have been testing it to see what's the big deal or is it worth the price increase....
Yes you see on the speedtest 25 Mb/s but in reality mine has dropped in performance, so maybe they need time to work things out.
Downloading nero I got 900k which I would usually get so I decided to download a torrent & was getting just about the same until I max out 2988k (which lasted about an hr then drop to 500k).
That same file I would usually get 1100k (constant)
SO maybe time will tell if this upgrade is actually worth it.
I am having the same issue with my Residential upgrade, but the Commercial upgrade is good to go.. Maybe it will settle down -

I have no problem loading the two linked pages on my Mac with Safari as my browser. Maybe you should purge your cache files and reset your browser.
