Bet he won't tell you how he did it, cuz he is just a loser looking for attention whoever he is. Such things cannot be done. Most times the speed is linked to your account so you could do whatever the hell you want, it won't go faster than what is tied to your account. Now in some countries they actually put a cap on the line itself especially for adsl but luckily that is not being done down here. It makes it easier for the ISP to manage accounts instead of having to send somebody to the exchange each time a customer requests a speed change. If he managed to get 15Mbps just so it was probably a fluke or he just using another account. I seriously doubt the motorola cable modems have such a unique flaw that only that 1 guy in tuner managed to exploit it, nonsense. Don't get high hopes about anything like that.
