    DOCSIS 1.0,1.1,2.0 or are they useing 3.0???


    I believe they are supposed to be using DOCSIS 2.0....

    Well tonight it seems that youtube is loading faster than usual for this time....but we'll see how it goes !

    Flow flow flow....your incompetence never ceases to amaze me....

    So this morning a flow technician shows up at my house to set up digital cable and internet....this date was arranged 1 week in advance and re-confirmed 3 times....so schedules and appointments had been put on hold.

    So I say to my self...yes I am finally gettin digital cable after 1 year of flow running the lines...

    ...the guy show up at 9:15 looks at the cable on the pole, says a connection is missing, and leaves !

    ....<DELETED> ?!?!?

    ....is this how flow works ?!?...cause I mean TSTT not lookin so bad now you know...
    and this is not the first time a flow technician has done something similar to this to me...it is the 3rd time.
    They moved just like this when I was first taking cable years ago...and they did it twice !!!

    ...so flow basically had me waste my saturday morning...for nothing !!!

    Thank you flow...for showing me that TSTT isn't so bad after all....that in some cases there are companies whose service can be even worse than TSTT !!!!!
