I have a friend living in the princes town area who experiences this exact same problem....It is one of the main factors really hindering me from taking flow....I mean it literally is a "I can stream...you can't" during peak hrs...

    wow...really dude ?!?
    are you sure....

cause you must be living across the street from the exchange or something...

well i living in the middle of arima... the few people i know who have blink too has the same or similar result as me ... i think thats how it suppose to work not so? u paying for that amount of bandwidth so u should be getting it....... but on the other hand, if this fluctuation is a norm for flow, then its false advertising instead of packaging it as 10mbps connection they should call it "up to 10mbps connection" or "1-10mbps variable connection" or something so lol...

i know this question might seem a bit noobish but is it possible that flow could be limiting or throttling bandwidth per file download???? cause its weird how at peak time even if i have 1 file downloading with 8 segments, it still doesnt use all the bandwidth, but if i put a different file even if its from the same server it uses some of the unused bandwidth, with out taking bandwidth from the other download...

been having the same problems here in arima... right now pinging google and getting 300ms..... normally i get a flat 99 or 100... its going crazy now sometimes all up to 450ms on most foreign servers but if i ping tstt its flat normal 22ms..... these days im only able to play on counter strike source servers like after 1 in the morning, so i guess its a peek time thing or something.......ive been playing counter strike online for over a year now and never encountered these problems until like a week ago and its still happening right now......flow digital reached here recently, ah feel i might try them for a month

I can also confirm a speedboost.

    5.5 MB

But I get a boost of 11MB when the test now starts :P

Sweet. To bad youtube still don't work and buffers like dialup.

But I have noticed these days it works really good somtimes. Perhaps they are rectifying this problem?

u should try it again, it seems to be playing good now, i playing videos on HQ and it loading good
