Just this morning I got the problem solved with one last frustrated call. Apparently the guy from India who usually answers my calls wasn't there and someone else answered for me and took a little over 2 minutes to fix my problem. He said despite the router firewall being down on my side, it was up on their side. He took it down, told me to unplug and re-plug my router, and voila. Problem solved. That was both shocking and strange and left me pretty speechless but no matter, it's fixed.

_{Oh P.S: Chat.ustream.com or chat.ustream.tv (same thing I think) are the chat server for ustreams channel. Next to every playing channel there's a chat section where you can chat with other people while the host is streaming. It could be a tutorial or a demonstration et cetera, much like livestream.com's site. Livestream was working for me all the time but ustream's chat wasn't working. Now I can access both and also chat.deviantart.com as well. : D}

I didn't do so, because when I'm trying to call blink they are quick to tell me "we aren't specialized in that area m'am, sorry we aren't specialized" and hang up. =| I can't even explain to them my symptoms and problems, apparently they go dumb by the word "router". I wonder if I'm the only one experiencing such poor customer service?

What would you like to know about my router settings? Please tell me and I'll post them here.
