    Hey, Im having the same problem too, it started yesterday. 4mbps dropped to 86kbps and the upload speed remains at around 700kbps. Called tstt, i knew they were not going to be helpful, yesterday I was told that they were having signal problems. got irritated today, speed test takes ages to start. called them up again, india guys reboot modem, cable length etc lol....lol i tried telling them its not my problem alone but i think its the the only thing they know....i reset my modem completely and disabled all wireless, used a system with basically nothing but os and samething, even tried someone elses password. i see that the ping times went down from yesterday but the speed is a drag still. how many people are having this problem that you know of? i hope this doesnt continue, its safe to say that dial up is = to blink today


    they should rename the company to Nap or Sleep LOL get it? lololo :D
