    hey, ever since the flow upgrade to 5mbps my download speed has drastically decreased!
    from my 2mbit connection i normally get the 256 kilobyte d/l speed now after the 5 megabit upgrade i assumed i wouled be getting 5mb / 8 which is 640 kilo bytes/sec instead it dropped to about 50 kilobytes per sec now!! D:
    any idea whats going on??
