    You know this is just too funny.
    Indeed the pole did make it to the ground but in two pieces after a water truck
    decided to take it along for a ride. This happened about a year ago and luckily
    there were no persons on the road at that time. Now the new pole wasn't used
    by tstt but its still there and leaning maybe a further 12 degrees towards a house.

    Numerous calls have been made directly to managers and NOT A DAMN THING HAS
    BEEN DONE.

    Im in the p/town area.
    Every single time it rains my line is affected. Its probably just pure luck that it hasn't
    gone completely dead recently. I don't bother to call for help because the sales reps have
    the same robotic response... maam you should have a technician check your modem, maam
    you need to upgrade your modem software... steeeeupps.
    It's maybe 3 years now that TSTT keeps saying the lines are not good and have to be changed...
    this should be classified as oppression.
