Some of you may have noticed that before July 31, Trinidad and Tobago was 58th by Speedtest among all countries, by download speed. Since then Trinidad and Tobago has jumped to 40th leapfrogging Jamaica which was 56th a month ago. SpeedTest World Rankings. However our upload speeds still remain dismally low hovering around 90th in the world. Thats just horrible for those wishing to update websites, upload photos to the cloud, etc. Maybe Flow thinks we would use the upload speed to max out torrents. By the way, what would you use increased upload speeds for?
