hi all i have the same problem..once u download thru the web browser all is good ..anyting out of that (torrent , p2p ,other ways i wont get into) gives slow speeds ...are they allowed to do this when ur paying for X service

well was getting 4mb , now they went and cap speed bak to 2mb ,,and saying that it peak hrs is 4pm-11pm ,yet i still didnt get any 4mb at all tstt rel sad

nvr mind i fix the problem ..hard reset modem and enter settings over , also called in and asked for the pw on the account to be reset and i put a new one now
