hey you guys still got a phone replacement or they sent it to repair i had a samsung slide i got last year may, three months after keys sticking they took it in to check it out and i got a relacement on loaner. when i got it back they told me it cannot be fixed, i asked what about warranty they said because it scratched up they cannot honor the warranty. so i said well repair it and and it will pay for it they said they do not repair phones and go back to the dealer who sold me the phone. Ironically the dealer said when i was havin the problem if they check out the phone i will be breakin my warranty from tstt. when i went back they told me because tstt sellin the phones so cheap it does not make sense for them to have a technician on staff. the dealer had even stop bringin in their own phones. so ironical i know plenty ppl who throw down their phone in water and get it changed
i have a friend who works inside tstt and he said generally when a phone keys giving problems that is usually a warranty problem. i had initially took the phone to west mall but the manager their she is a very snotty woman and speaks down to ppl
i was advised by my friend to go to downdown but because it takes so long to take a number and get parkin i did not bother
I went to the telcummunications board and they were snotty too they told me that tstt is under no obligations to fix phones and have parts so woe be gone to ppl who
buys tstt expensive phones, it have some scratches and they cannot get the phones fix. If most of my business ppl had digicel phones i would have my primary phone be digicel. I bought a digicel phone and give my hussy and a couple times in January and february 2007 bmobile have shut down not calls could be made
and i went and got a digicel phone back and believe you me tstt really is blockin calls and digicel is working perfect
my hussy digicel phone was giving problems and i went in the dealer ,
the dealer took it and posted it to digicel via ttpost . it was repaired in 10 days and mailed back to the dealer it was very efficently done
IRONICALLY MY TSTT PHONE BILL IS ABOUT 1500.00 EVERY MONTH AND FOR ME TO BE TREATED SO I HOPE EVERYONE GOES TO DIGICEL AND I WISH THEM ALL THE LUCK IN THE WORLD
