    2 seperate friends who live in Penel got delivered blink modems with there users name and password etc.

    How ever it says ADSL down when they set up on the router status page

    1.Its seems they are giving these modems and not checking to see if the phone line is adsl enable
    2.and internet charges have already appeared on there bill


    any suggestions ??
