Booby Sura, Can you log into your cable modem at 192.168.100.1 and post the first page that you are presented with, Ity is the one with your SNR.

I'll do that, but I spent the long weekend at my brothers so I'll do it when I get home.

I wonder how could it be. I am in the St Augustine area.
My brother has a 2mb connection and it still blazing fire. I am on it now and just did a test and it got exactly as it should. But that speed is about 1 1/2 times what I get with a 10mb connect.

    What did you type?
Jamaica has 5mb for the TT189 equivalent.

So <DELETED>? Iz ah joke now?
    Why we always freaking boboleees?

I would think Trinidad is the most profitable market for Flow so why not reward us with a 'FAIR' price? And if ours is fair, why are Jamaicans being subsidized?

This better not be a restraint imposed by legislation in the Jamaica Parliament because ah will get blasted vex here.

I had TSTT for 10 years... from the days of paying 460 or something like that for unlimited dial-up; and when I told them this month I was ending my now 2MB account they were like 'ok'.
No attempt to keep a customer who shat money out of meh arse when I was at school just to be able to chat in a Yahoo chatroom.

I remember downloading Harry Potter on edonkey with dial-up. It took me two weeks, lol!

I mean seriously; do we deserve this?

Anyways, ah cuss the #### at the counter and the security person escorted me out into the hot St. Augustine sun.
It was well worth it; as was this rant.

I have tried Flow for the last three months before I decide to dump TSTT; and my experience is there has bene no slow down. In fact the spped has been boringly, acceptably consistent.

And my IP address hasn't changed in all that time either.

So it must be a location issue.

By the way; how do you change your IP address? i assume you have to remove the battery but mine seems to be clasped in. Is there a trick I can't see? Or do I just jerk that bitch outta there.

Yeah, my dad said that, but he also said if outsourcing was cheaper, why charge us for calling helpdesk? Our phone bill for the pass 3 months came in over 500ttd, and trust me, we only used our phone to call TSTT for every stupid problem we got, and this is separate from our internet bill eh. We do all other communication on the net.

    I doubt TSTT charges you...
