TSTT Forum: noble_tai - Viewing Profile

Hi, there ran into some modem issues that i hope i can get some advice abt how to fix. I've had DSL for abt 3 weeks now using the steps posted by Admin ( thank u XD ) in the "new to dsl " topic but yesterday after my connection dropped i rebooted my modem as normal ( paradyne 6211 btw ) however after the restart i was not able to connect .. 5 tries later nothing. I 've even reset the modem and repeated the steps in that i used b4 and still nothing . Even tho the DHCP is enabled when i try to change from a static IP to "Obtain an adress automatically " within the properties tab, after i do this the page which has the paradyne info does not load at all... so any ideas anyone ? Not sure if this applies/helps or anything but on the day this happened a tstt technician came by to upgrade quoting here, " a box " ( yes Know how it sounds ) but my dsl was working after he left .. so any advice is gratly appreciated
