I switched to Flow just for this reason. The pings to the US were unacceptable. I play on servers in fairly remote parts of the US west coast and get 130-180 ping times almost all the time.
Blink was sometimes up to the 800 mark, which is unplayable. -

For those who are curious:
The cable modem is just that, a modem. It doesn't appear to have any sort of routing capability.
I'm able to plug in my router using a WAN DHCP setting and it works fine. -

This could be the result of a problem in your telephone line - or maybe at your exchange. Best to contact TSTT and ask them to check on it. -

Well I emailed them, they called me, and fixed the issue within a few minutes.
I'll test this weekend during peak periods to see how latency figures compare. Feel free to send me some IP addresses if you want something tested, and I'll see what I can do. -

Well I've got the cable modem hooked up, but the thing just isn't connecting to their servers for data.
So far not so pleased with Flow cable; we'll see if their tech people respond in a timely manner.
