Wimax Security
Posted 4 Jun 2012
Recently I have begun to suspect that my neighbour is using my wireless wimax signal. When no one is on the net at home, the blue LED on the USB dongle (for the wireless connection) flashes rapidly. Also when I unplug the USB the guy almost always goes back into his house. My question is how can I improve the security to make it harder for unauthorised persons to access it? I have not changed any security settings i.e. default settings still apply. -

Posted 4 Jan 2011
Well I finally found myself in TSTT Chaguanas to sign up for Blink On the Go..so half way thru I asked the CSR if she knows about any way to broadcast the signal such that multiple laptops can receive a signal. Then she introduced me to this new thing called "Wimax". Well I going to sign up tomorrow. anybody here have this service? And what are your views. Sorry but I not to tech savvy, just looking for some recent feedback from current users. -
Routers for Blink On The Go
Posted 15 Jun 2010
I have greendot for a while now but I not getting the speed that I want,so I decided to switch to Blink On The Go. Is there a router that I can buy that would allow me to create a wi-fi hotspot so the other laptops in my home can simultaneously connect to the internet? The phone lines are not good so no Blink Broadband. -

I hate FLOW
Posted 1 May 2007
Goddamit, iz only in trinidad that u could run racket like this and not make a jail!!! Imagine today is the first day of Flow "new" analog line up and what you seeing? They block max, show, hbo, speed. You could believe that these ppl tiefing cable and want u 2pay for it??
If Directv could raise they game, Flow could go out of business. But like in so many areas of this country, the competition soft.
And now to my question...Is the signal from Flow a fully digital signal? Or is it a digital/analog hybrib. I feel is both, cuz of the way they bunch up channels so it easier to block.
