I have BLINK, but TSTT service is the worst, i signed up for 2MB, and got 1MB, and now my speeds are much slower now, I get 2MB when i do TSTT bandwidth test from their local servers, but they think people are stupid, because do any speed test that is not in Trinidad it would show 1MB or less. When i call them and tell them about that problem they say those speeds are from international sources which do not concern them. I don't know what to do.

TSTT told me that they fixed my problem of not getting the correct speed as i was initially getting 1MB speeds, and not the 2MB i signed up for. While on the phone with the TSTT guy from India he told me to do the speed test on tstt's website, and after only getting 1MB, i finally got 2MB, so i told him it was fixed and i was happy, then after hanging up the phone i did a speed test on speedtest.net and speakeasy.com websites and i was still getting 1MB, so i waited till the next day, and i was still getting 1MB on non-tstt bandwidth test websites, now this is possible? i'm not really looking forward to call Blink about this problem as it took me 30 mins to make TSTT bandwidth test change from 1mb to 2mb. by the way i tried to download internet files i was getting download steeps comparable to 1mb, sigh... what to do?

I did, and after being transfered two times the tech support guy from India tells me that i dont have any firewall. But the Blink guy said he would "check up on the problem"

I still have the one MB, not the 2MB that i signed up for, and the firewall is still on what is the point of this speed when you cant download torrents, etc. Is there anyway to tell if TSTT really has a firewall on your Internet connection?
