Found a program that plots a latency graph. Here's what it looks like from 6pm to 12am.
PingPlot1
Here's a plot from around 10pm. Look at the 6th hop in the top graph!!
Horrible6thHop
I let the plotter run overnight and since today is Saturday, TSTT apparently can't even handle the load around this time according to this graph->
PingPlot2
Now I'm assuming that TSTT is aware of the problem but just incapable of dealing with it so that trying to send these plots to them would be a waste of time. -
In Topic: Blink in Princes Town. yes/no?

Can somebody PLEASE tell me whether or not this Blink Broadband nonsense is available to me? ........If anyone can give me more information or correct me if i am wrong, it would be greatly appreciated.
I've got blink since last year November and normal DSL 1 year before that and I am near the Junior Sec which is about 2.5 miles from the exchange and a couple of friends and family in the area also have blink. I sent my uncle to sign up at the St. Julien Customer Service center and they told him that Princes Town does not have blink even though, at that time, I was on blink for months!! I just ended up signing up for him online and he got his router within 3 weeks. The easiest way to get connected is to sign up online but considering some recent problems with blink I would probably suggest that you don't sign up for packages above 512 Kb until they resolve the problems. -

Well this time when I called "tech" support the guy told me that they have been getting a lot of calls about the problem and that TSTT acknowledges that there is a problem and that they are currently working on it. He of course said that he cannot give a time frame of when it will be resolved. -

Ok today I did another test. Right now pings to google is 550-600ms for me and a friend in San Fernando but another guy in San Fernando who is with Flow is getting 140ms. So I guess I just have to wait for flow now...at least I saw them doing work only about a mile away from me so hopefully before the end of the year I will be with them. Another thing is that tstt's speedtest page works but it takes like 5 minutes to load and forever to run !!
