What if everybody having problems called and whatever but documented the lack of customer service. Then after a lot of us do that we all don't pay TSTT their bill. If we got 3500 people paying $300 to do this it would cost TSTT over a million dollars. That might be significant to them don't you think?

Remember they have oil money backing them from the government. They dont care one ass bout $1million. Cant really do anything about customer service except to "switch to the other network" in this case flow.which i hear also has some customer service issues, but not as bad as TSTT. Atleast they come to you in a week, TSTT says "we'll come when we're in the area" and that could be months
