About a year ago flow started offering Click in south at Rio Claro, Pleasantville, Tarouba and probably other locations too.
People in south like myself probably always seeing flow vans in the area or techs. working on the lines.
Is there any updates? Is service offered in any other areas?
I went in and spoke to one of the CSR and was told that when service goes digital Click will be offered, since I dont have cable tv I dont know whats taking place.
Can anyone in south trinidad kindly update this topic? thanks.

Yes, Flow Digital is now in some residential areas of San'do. Not sure about all the specific area.

Watch. Talk. Click.. all working fine :)

They were rebuilding and converting the network in Princes Town when I was working there but I don't know if they've done with that yet.

yea jus a lil update here...flow called me today, they wana come next week tuesday to switch me over to digital...this is in Marabella, Gopaul Lands to be more specific.

And ofcourse that means i'll be able to take net from them. I currently have the 1mb from blink but i seriously might switch.
Is just that i see certain areas seem to be having trouble with flow while others working rel best so im debating whether to wait and see what kinda experience other users in my area have.

My boss and another co-worker off the Southern Main Road have had Flow Internet service in Marabella for a few months now while it's been on the Petrotrin housing compound for a while too.

I have Flow and Blink at work and it's a scary day when Flow crashes each Monday as soon as we open for the past three weeks and Blink remains.

You weigh the options carefully before you select the service.Money's getting tight these days so you can take that into consideration =.

Well flow ran the line down by me in Princess Town since...er...either in June or July of 08.

...and as of this date I have heard not even a peep from them as to weather or not I will be getting digital or what is happening in my area. I mean I was told at that point time that by October 08 I should be digital....we are now half way through January 09 and nothing yet....

...my advice...

get real real cumfy with your blink modem....cause it looks like flow aint comin down south anytime soon !!!

...and I don't consider digitizing a few areas in south to be really anything major as far as it pertains to coverting the southern part of the island...but I guess it's a start. Hopefully this won't turn in to a 'blink' thing where the project is just 'running' and they will digitize you '....some time in the future'. I have gone through enough of that crap with TSTT and I am really hoping that flow is better than that !!!

hmm thanks for that bit of info.
But how's the flow connection besides the Monday crashes? Because getting 2Mbps for basically what i'm paying for the 1mbps is very tempting. And with the talk of flow increasing spds... If it working well on the other days of the week it may be a viable option for me, seeing that it won't get used much on mondays anyway.

The connection's fairly stable save for the crashes but I think that it's a line issue...
