I posted this on another site and was wondering if anyone here could help

are there any tv tuner cards that can tune into not just analog over the air but also Flow's digital cable channels (well the basic, unscrambled ones)? i was wondering if i could install that in my computer & watch digital cable on it... or if there is a USB adapter

and also are there any digital-cable ready tvs sold locally? (besides the HDTVs) i think they need some QAM digital tuner or something..

Are you sure there are still unscrambled channels left on Flow Digital?

depends... if the format they are using is what they call 'clear' QAM (according to wikipedia) then we should be able to do it, but if not then i guess not

does anyone know for a fact if all the basic channels (digital) are in fact unscrambled/unencrypted? i guess if they are i would also be able to buy a digital box for an extra tv i have & get digital cable without paying to rent another box from Flow
