Ok, well i have been experiencing slow speeds with flow, i got it yesterday with a 10meg package. I did a speed test to port of Spain and I got full but when I tested an American servers i didn't. So i talked to my friend that lives in arima and he told me it could be my splitter that needs to change.

Downstream
Freq/Power: 249.000 MHz -9 dBmV
Signal to Noise Ratio: 38 dB
Modulation: QAM256

his downstream freq is +3 dBmV

i was wondering if you can share your own as well, type 192.168.100.1 and copy and paste thanks

mine is pretty much identical to urs. Get full 10Mb/s speed.

I think the problem is the american servers u r testing with. Not all servers will max out a 10Mb/s connection, so there is nothing really you can do except try to find another faster server.

Are you sure? If that's true that sucks. But then again BLINK throttles are frikkin insane...... between 7 and 1 you get speedtest results for like 512kbps with a 4Mbps connection. <DELETED>? I am soo flickin over blink it aint evn funny.
