TSTT launched their IPTV service. See details at www.blinkentertainment.tt

Pricing and channels are looking good. Unfortunately it seems to be so far only available in the Westmoorings area.

If it would be available in my area, I would switch today.

Saw the quality of IPTV today and it is much better compared to what I get from flow.

I called the Blink Entertainment and the service rep informed me that the service is wireless. They are launching the service in Trincity in about 2 weeks time and before Christmas in Chaguanas. The rep also informed me that they would be launching in Claxton Bay in January.

I would advise that you called blink entertaiment and you could get a timetable for your area.

Not sure if the rep understood what you were asking ... but one can see that fiber is sort of 'wireless'.
TSTT's IPTV is most likely using VDSL with fiber to the premises (FTTP). But maybe my information is outdated.

I might volunteer ... if I ever get IPTV in my area. I can see the cables/box ... but I am about 600-700m from the distribution panel.

I think that I should have a better chance of getting the service at La Romaine before it gets to Moruga but I've seen it out West and it looks good.

but when u compare the prices to the channels u getting i think its a rip off.
Green dot has a decent package of 47 channels u actually watch for $150 per month

They have a good bit than Flow (comparing both of their basic packages) but Blink missing out on some channels like channels under the MTV Network & NBC Universal among others.

I signed up for the service a couple of days ago, so I'm waiting for them to come and install it. I live in Curepe by the way. I really hope that they get USA, TLC, TNT International, VH1 and MTV soon because I really really like those channels and watch them a lot. Is there a place where we can go to find out when they will be updating the service? I was told by one rep that they were in negotiation with USA and SciFi and those would be coming onstream soon, but another rep said she couldn't give me any guarantees. Crossing my fingers.
