Hi Greg

Your manual usualy has all the details on setting up, but please note you will need to have GPRS activated on your SIM card to be able to access internet and e-mail service. Please also note for this model to access e-mails you will have to log onto the internet and the e-mail account in your browser.

To define how to use the service, select

Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Packet data > Packet data connection
and from the following options:

When needed — to set the packet data connection to established when an
application needs it. The connection will be closed when the application is
terminated.
Always online — to set the device to automatically connect to a packet data
network when you switch the device on

Once this is done and you have GPRS activated on your SIM you may need to manually configure the unit.
1. To select the settings for connecting to the service, select Menu > Web >
Settings > Configuration settings.
2. Select Configuration. Only the configurations that support browsing service
are shown. Select a service provider, Default, or Personal config. for browsing.
3. Select Account and a browsing service account contained in the active
configuration settings.
4. Select Display terminal window > Yes to perform manual user authentication
for intranet connections.
Make a connection to the service in one of the following ways:
• Select Menu > Web > Home; or in the standby mode, press and hold 0.
• To select a bookmark of the service, select Menu > Web > Bookmarks.
• To select the last URL, select Menu > Web > Last web address.
• To enter the address of the service, select Menu > Web > Go to address. Enter
the address of the service, and select OK

Please let me know if this works for you
