i never tried my wifi till just now an it isn't working ... so i got my neighbor to see if he could find it no luck (bout 40 ft away) . I'm using one of those usb Wifi adapters to try to connect its NEXXT or whatever bran that is. i began wondering if blink gave me a broken router <_<

I'm fairly conversant in Linksys but from what I'm seeing in the screen shot,I think that you need to change some of your settings.

Have you called TSTT?

Is it possible to carry the wifi router to a main TSTT office and have them replace it if it turns out to be faulty?

Yes of course you can take it in to get replaced once you were advised by a TSTT tech ( over the phone or in person) to bring the unit in , I would however recommend calling 62-BLINK to troubleshoot the problem first and wait on the TSTT tech advise on this.

You TSTT people are the worst, those Hispanics that you all outsourced to accents are waaaaaaaaaay to heavy to understand and with the crap phones you all give that can't adjust volume it's really hard to converse with them. On another note, I think my modem is faulty since every 10 minutes or so it keeps dropping, I'm not paying for half day service, I'm paying for Unlimited access

have you added filters to your home phones/fax machines, that could be a reason for the line drop
