When will customers in Cumana Village, Toco,get broad band internet service. I have had an application in for two years now!! How will the school kids who now have laptops access the internet? I use my phone as a tethered modem which is painfully slow.

I think that you'll have to hold out for a little while longer again until the area gets converted to digital...
