While in the queue at TSTT's help line the connection died completely. No more dial-tone and no more Internet. BTW ... I always wonder how one can keep the TSTT help desk reference number coming from the automated system. There is no way that the reference number can be recalled from the system. When I got the pen to write it down I had only the first 2 digits.
Fortunately I have a second line including a second Blink connection I thought ... just to experience another problem that this other line drops the connection very frequently making it impossible working on external servers via ssh.

Well, fortunately I have a third connection (Flow) and that one seems to work 'normal'.
And now I have to wait 5 business days for repairs ... which means in about a week I might have my phone/Internet back.
Good to have double backup!
